Bleaching/Whitening teeth

The natural colour of teeth is different from person to person. Teeth tend to discolour with age, sometimes through heavy smoking or drinking tea or coffee. If you wish to give your teeth a whiter appearance, we can offer you two different whitening procedures, both of which are perfectly harmless for your teeth. This can be done either directly in the dentist’s chair (fast procedure which achieves the desired result in a single sitting) or at home (home bleaching) using an appliance especially made for you. The good thing about home bleaching is that you can repeat it after some time, which is necessary insofar as bleaching is only good for about 2 – 3 years, after which your teeth will return to their pre-bleached colour. Ahead of bleaching, it is always necessary to have teeth professionally cleaned. This is included in our fee.
